​​​​​​​​​​​​Parent Exemption from State Assessments

Parents may excuse a student from taking one or more state assessments by completing the "Parent Exemption from State Assessments" form online in the parent portal of Parents are asked to complete this form as early as possible so that the school can take into account the exemptions as part of their assessment administration schedule. Parents should refer to their school's assessment schedule for more detailed information. 

Colorado Measures of Academic Success Social Studies Sampling

The following schools will administer the social studies assessment in 2018. Please check each school's assessment schedule for testing dates and times.

2018 District Assessment Calendar

The 2018 District Assessment Calendar provides parents with additional information regarding assessments that are administered to all students in the district. These changes include specific information regarding: (1) the assessments that will be administered; (2) the estimated hours of testing and whether assessments are required by federal or state law or selected by the district; and (3) the purpose of the assessments and how the assessment results will be used.
