The mission of the Student Achievement Services and Special Education Department of Cherry Creek Schools is to prevent the misidentification of students as disabled, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEP’s) for students with disabilities with fidelity to the procedures mandated by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), deliver quality instruction to students with disabilities and, finally, be accountable to the learning of students with disabilities.
