CCSD Fit

CCSD Fit is a wellness promotion program created by the CCSD Health and Wellness Office, Under Armour, and a group of high school internship students from across the district.  While CCSD Fit is geared toward middle and high school students 13 years or older, CCSD parents and staff are welcome to participate!

A 14 Day Workout Challenge with a chance to win prizes starts January 23! Please print and distribute the attached promotional flyer to your classes. Posters of the flyer will be sent to office managers next week. Please join and encourage your students to sign up now at https://challenge.ccsdfit.org.

14 Day Workout Challenge – Feel your best. Be your best.

The free Under Armour Record app tracks daily steps, fitness, nutrition and sleep and encourages people to connect that data with how they feel each day. The CCSD Fit website links to content about physical activity, healthy living and sleep. You might explore this project with an eye for how you could leverage this challenge or the app in your classes. The UA Record app can be used before, during and after the challenge.
