The audit committee is comprised of two school board members and two community members. The CAFR was approved by the Cherry Creek School District Board of Education on November 14, 2011.

The 2010 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) was reviewed and discussed by the audit committee and consulted with the independent auditors on November 1, 2010. The audit committee is comprised of two school board members and two community members. The CAFR was approved by the Cherry Creek School District Board of Education on November 8, 2010.
