Cherry Creek Schools accepts applications on a continuing basis for all classified positions. We hire a variety of classified (non-teaching) personnel in areas that include:
- Secretarial and office
- Human Resources
- Computer programming and systems
- Computer and equipment repair
- Food Service
- Custodial and Maintenance
- Transportation and Bus Driver
- Vehicle Maintenance
- School aged child care
- Para-educators and Technicians
STEP 1: Application
To be considered as an applicant for Classified/Non-teaching positions, you must submit the following:
- Application: Apply Online
- Applications are accepted year-round for all positions and are maintained for six months.
- Please fill out application in full, including work history and reference sections. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Resume (optional)
STEP 2: Apply for Positions
To apply for specific positions, you have several options:
Option 1: Once you have completed and submitted your online application, you will be prompted to Apply for Job Postings. Click on the link and you will be directed to the Job Postings page in WorkSpace. Select the category you are applying for (Admin, Certified, Classified, or Substitute), then select the job(s) you wish to apply for. Open the job posting and select the link, "To Apply Click Here", located at the top of the posting.
Option 2: From the website select Human Resources, Applicants, ADD POSITIONS. Login to your Workspace page and select JOB POSTINGS. Select the category you are applying for (Admin, Certified, Classified, or Substitute), then select the job(s) you wish to apply for. Open the job posting and select the link, "To Apply Click Here", located at the top of the posting.
NOTE: To apply for certain positions you MUST have the appropriate application on file, i.e., to apply for Certified Positions, you must have a Certified application on file. If you only have a Classified application on file and you attempt to apply for a Classified position you will be prompted with the following message, "You cannot apply for this position because you do not have the correct application on file. This is a Classified position which requires a Classified application. Please sign back into your application and fill out a Classified application."
To add yourself to specific positions, click on the link below and log on using your user id and password. Select "Add Positions". ADD POSITIONS
STEP 3: Review
When a vacancy occurs, applications are reviewed to determine if the applicant meets the requirements for the designated position. Interviews are then scheduled, at the school where the vacancy exists, for the applicants who best meet the qualifications of the position.
STEP 4: Appointment
Appointment to a position is made after a candidate has accepted an offer of employment and has passed a background check. New Employees can pick up and return Hire Packet and application materials to the following sites:
- Educational Service Center - 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (4700 S Yosemite St, Greenwood Village, CO 80111)
- Instructional Support Facility - by appointment only (5416 S. Riviera Way, Centennial, CO 80015). To make an appointment please call 720-554-5580.

New employees are required to have Department of Justice fingerprints on file with our district prior to the start of employment. Staff is employed by official action of the Board of Education upon recommendation of the Superintendent.
