You may only use the transfer process if you are transferring within the same employee group. If you are a classified employee and you are applying for a certified position, you may not use a transfer form.
If you have ever submitted an online application with Cherry Creek, you will need to use the same User Id and Password you used for that application for your in-district transfer. If you don't remember your codes you can call 720-554-4433 for assistance.
In order to apply for a transfer you will need to be a current employee in the Cherry Creek School District.
To apply you will need to submit an online transfer form.
- If you have never applied online, as either an applicant or as a transfer, sign on as a new user and fill out applicant information. If you have already applied online or submitted a transfer, click "already applied".
- If you had an online application on file before you were hired, it may show you options for both an application and a transfer. You will need to click on the transfer form even if the application says recommended next to it.
- Follow instructions for the transfer form and fill out all the fields and vacancy information for the position in which you are interested. You will need to use both horizontal and vertical scroll bars to navigate the screen and see all the fields. Press submit.
- You will receive an e-mail confirmation that your transfer was successfully submitted. Also the screen should say you have successfully submitted your transfer request form.
Substitute Teachers and Substitute Clerical are not eligible to use the transfer process; you will need to use the online application.
