CCHS student athletes make their mark at national track meet



Four student athletes from Cherry Creek High School won awards in the Arcadia Invitational Track meet, held April 10-11 in Los Angeles, California. Student athletes from 28 states and four countries competed in this prestigious event. Congratulations to coach Natalie Reyes and these student athletes:


Jordyn Colter:
•    1st in the Women's 1 Mile Invitational Heat (4:45.24)
•    3rd in the Women's 800m Invitational Heat (2:09.80)

Lilly Markusch:
•    10th in the Women's 1 Mile Rated Section, heat 2 (5:12.45)
•    11th in the Women's 3200m Rated Section (11:03.33)
 
Lisa Swartz:
•    7th in the Women's 800 open section, heat 1 (2:21.66)
 
Jordyn Colter / Katie Plomondon / Lilly Markusch / Lisa Swartz:
•    2nd in the Women's 4x800m relay Invitational Heat (9:11.93)
