Be CCSD Fit! Join the 14-day Workout Challenge!

Join CCSD Fit and take the 14-day Workout Challenge, January 23 – February 5, 2017! The goal is to log five hours or more of moderate to vigorous physical activity in 14 days. Prizes include an Under Armour Health Box fitness tracking system, fit bits, water bottles and t-shirts.

Visit https://challenge.ccsdfit.org for more information and to register. The website also features wellness tips geared toward teens and links to the CCSD Fit Twitter feed. Follow CCSD Fit on Twitter to get health tips and challenge news.

CCSD Fit is a program exclusively for members of the Cherry Creek School District community, 13 years or older, created through a collaboration between the CCSD Health and Wellness Office and Under Armour. A group of high school students across the district in the Career and Technical Education Internship program developed the name, logo and mission in the summer of 2016. CCSD Fit links to UA Record, a comprehensive health tracking application, and creates a unique Cherry Creek community of users within the app. Wellness challenges will be offered throughout the school year utilizing this platform.

While CCSD Fit is geared toward middle and high school students, parents and CCSD staff are welcome to participate. Join the challenge to have fun while engaging in habits that promote lifelong healthy living!
