The Colorado General Assembly has passed legislation requiring school districts in Colorado to provide information to parents, eligible students (students who are 18 years of age or older), and community members identifying where and how they may obtain information collected by law enforcement agencies related to registered sex offenders. In compliance with this statutory directive, Cherry Creek School District No. 5 is providing the following internet search links to various law enforcement agencies operating within and immediately surrounding CCSD district boundaries.
In addition to these internet search links, interested parents, eligible students, and community members may contact local law enforcement agencies to seek further information about registered sex offenders in these jurisdictions. For jurisdictions without internet search capability and for jurisdictions not listed below, interested parents, eligible students, and community members should contact the appropriate local law enforcement agency.
