Planning Meeting
We will be creating this event together on Saturday! We’ll have sign up sheets available for you to help in any capacity, a little or a lot. The greatest part of this event is working together as parents, and knowing the hard work will benefit every classroom!
Here are the areas you can help:
• Decorating
• Acquiring donations, Raffle, Silent & Live Auction
• Helping the night run smooth, just like a restaurant!
- Reservations, check-in the night of the event, Hosts/Hostess, & more!
It takes us all working together to make it a success!
Please join us in creating a Thunderbird Dinner to remember!
