Who are we and what do we do?
Dolphin Club is the Before and After
School Care program for Cherry Hills Village Elementary. This program is
available to any children who are currently attending CHVE. We offer a
variety of age appropriate activities for all of the children attending.
Some of the activities that we provide include but are not limited to
structured and unstructured recesses, arts and crafts, homework club, as
well as having an assortment of games and toys for the children to work
with. At Dolphin Club we aim to create a positive environment for
children to make and grow new friendships, help them complete and
understand their homework, participate in both group and individual
activities, as well as learn to respect others and themselves. Dolphin
Club is a licensed program through the Colorado Department of Human
Services.

This is not a drop in program; students must be registered in advance.
Hours of operation and pricing information:
Dolphin Club currently operates on all
regularly scheduled school days with the possibility of remaining open
on teacher in-service days. We will be closed on all of the following
days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving
Day, and Christmas Day.
Before school hours: 7:00 - 8:40 am
After school hours: 3:30 – 6:00 pm
In the event of a full day we will be open from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
Care Rates:
Before school: $8.00 per child per day
After school, before 4:30 pm pick up: $8.50 per child per day
After school, after 4:30 pm pick up: $10.50 per child per day
Sibling Discount:
There is no sibling discount for the
4:30 pm pick up. There is a 10% discount for each sibling after the
first child for the morning program and the after 4:30 pm pick up.

Credits and Refunds:
In accordance with District Policy,
credits for Before & After School Program are not available except
for extenuating circumstances such as extended illness (3 or more
consecutive, excused absences from school) or a death in the family. To
receive credit for an extenuating circumstance, parents must submit a
request, in writing, within one week after the absence.
Storm Schedule:
Closure of the School District due to
weather conditions will automatically cancel Dolphin Club. These days
are not available for credits.
