The goal of the staff in the Deans’ Office is to help students make responsible decisions regarding behavior, thereby affording them the opportunity to grow, mature, and achieve academic success. We are committed to fostering trusting relationships with students, staff, and parents, so that they may experience a sense of safety and belonging in our school community.  It is our belief that EVERY child is capable of growing, and of learning how to make decisions that will have a positive impact on our school climate.
 
Through the cooperative efforts of school personnel, students, parents and the community, students shall learn to behave responsibly, develop appropriate behavioral skills and to understand the effect of their actions on themselves and others.  We expect all individuals to demonstrate behaviors that reflect Safety, Organization, Achievement and Respect (SOAR).
