BASEBALL (Head Coach Dean Adams)
The Wolves set out to tackle the first obstacle in the playoffs of winning their district and earning the right to move on to the state finals. They did just that in convincing fashion. They beat Rangeview, 10-0, in game one and then knocked out Chaparral in game two, 5-1. Jordan Schlehuber and Madison Spencer both pitched complete games. TJ Lemke had a home run and a double to drive in three rbi’s in game one. Josh Huntley went 3-for-3 in game two including two doubles that brought home three rbi’s. Jake Thurston also hit a key double. The entire team played well in both games and it was truly a team effort. They are now headed to the state finals.
