The fourth grade team shares a vision for promoting achievement and self esteem among learners.

Program Highlights:
Area: Hands-On Science
Our hands-on science units are designed to facilitate students' curiosity and further promote their understanding of scientific concepts.
Area: Mini-Societies
Students learn the basics of starting and running a small business. Concepts studied include supply and demand, balancing a checkbook, and producing and selling a product.
Area: Reading and Writing
Students are surrounded by a variety of good literature in a climate that encourages thoughtful reflection, sharing, and response.
Area: Math
Mathematics is a language which helps provide clarity, objectivity, and understanding to our world. A focus is to apply mathematic skills and problem solving to real world situations.
Area: Social Studies
Students study Colorado History. Units include Colorado symbols, geography, Native Americans of Colorado, trappers, traders, explorers, miners and pioneers.
