"The real strength of technology in education comes from using the right technology at the right time to meet the right objective" (CEO Forum, 1999) This quote exemplifies the vision that Greenwood elementary has for technology. At Greenwood, we use technology as a tool, helping us to enhance student learning. We strive to use technology to help make learning active, enjoyable and rewarding. We value the interdependence between curriculum and technology. Integration of technology into the curriculum is our primary focus. 

Program Highlights:  

  • Dual platform: Students use Macs and PCs on a daily basis

  • Desktop and laptop computers

  • SmartBoards in every classroom

  • Weekly instruction with technology teacher
