Extended Childcare Services
KINDERGARTEN ENRICHMENT
 
The Kindergarten Enrichment Program provides enrichment for kindergarten children.  It is also designed for parents who may require a half day child care service from either 8:45 am to 11:35 am or 12:25 pm to 3:15 pm.  Students participate in hands-on, self-directed experiences and activities such as reading and listening to stories, imaginative and creative play, art, music, field trips and cooking.
 
Kindergarten Enrichment is offered during the regular school year, Monday through Friday on a half-day basis except for non-pupil contact days.  Students may attend the Before and After School Program in conjunction with the Kindergarten Enrichment program.
 
BEFORE AND AFTER CARE
 
This program provides child care year-round Monday through Friday, except non-pupil contact days and half days.  Operating hours for the Before School Program are 6:30 am to 8:45 am.  The After School Program operates from 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm.  We are open on the following days only if there is sufficient enrollment, EXCEPT FOR:  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Summer Break, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the following Friday.  For Winter Break we will be closed December 22 (Thursday), 23 (Friday), 26 (Monday) and 30 (Friday).  We will also be closed Monday, January 2, 2012.
