 AP Information

Taking the Advanced Placement exams is an important part of all AP courses. Every OHS AP student should plan to take the AP exam which corresponds to their AP course. Scoring well on an AP exam often earns students college credit for their high school class, saving a significant amount on tuition. Registration for the 2012 AP exams at OHS will be completed online. This registration will take a few minutes and can be completed from any computer with internet access.

Each AP exam costs $87.00. Overland High School wants every student to be able to take their AP exams. Students requiring financial assistance should contact Mrs. Wilma Jenks in the main office of the IST building for more information. Online Exam registration will begin on Tuesday, February 1, 2012 at 8:00 am and end on Friday, March 2, 2012 at 4:00 pm. To register, students should click on the link provided on the school website or visit www.TotalRegistration.net/AP/060076. To complete registration, students must answer all of the required questions.

Registration is not complete until students have printed the confirmation page provided at the end. While parents may choose to register their students for exams, we strongly recommend that parents and students are both present while registering to ensure that the correct exams are ordered.

Here are the important dates for the registration process
  • Tuesday, February 1, 2012 at 8:00 am - Registration Begins
  • Friday, March 2, 2012 at 4:00 pm - Registration Ends
