ECS Info and Pricing
Attention Rolling Hills Parents,
With all the changes coming to our school in
the 2012-2013 school year, we want to make sure you have some important
information about our ECS Programs.
Since we will no longer have the track system, the Intersession program
will no longer be a service offered at our school. However the Before and After School and KEP programs will
still be here!!
The Before and
After School program will be running for the summer! We will operate from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm all summer long in
the cafeteria and gym. We will also operate these full days on in-service days
and breaks next year. The cost for
this care will be:
- 1st Child in-house $31.00
- Sibling in-house $27.90
- 1st Child Field Trip $40.00
- Sibling Field Trip $36.90
All registration packets for the Before and
After school program and KEP programs will be available on May 1, 2012. Please be sure you pick these packets
up from the main office or the Before and After School office to register your
child for the summer.
We know change can be a difficult process, so

KEP: 8:45-11:45 and 12:30-3:30
Before and After School: 6:30 am to 8:30 am and 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
- Before School 1st child: $8.00
- Before School Sibling: $7.20
- After Care until 4:30 p.m.: $8.00 per child
- After Care until 6:00 pm 1st child: $10.00
- After Care until 6:00 pm sibling: $9.00
- Intersession: 8:45 am to 3:30 pm
- In-House 1st child: $31.00
- In-House Sibling: $27.90
- Field Trip 1st Child: $40.00
- Field Trip Sibling: $36.90

Summer registration
is here. Please download the following registration
calendars and return them to the Before and After School office or main
office. When you return them, we will give you a detailed activity
packet for the break.

2012-2013 ECS registration is here.
Registration must be completed annually.
You
may download the enrollment form here. You will also need to pick up a
family handbook as well as some waivers that need to be signed when you
turn in your enrollment form.
Please note that there are registration fee’s this year. KEP has a
$100.00 nonrefundable fee that must be paid in full when registering.
Before and After School has a $10.00/student or $15.00/family
nonrefundable registration fee that must be paid in full
when registering. If you have an older child and a KEP student, your
Before and After $10.00 registration fee is included in the KEP deposit
so you only need to pay a $5.00 registration fee for your older child.
