Summit Elementary Extended Child Services, also known as ECS, includes Before and After School Program, Intercession and Kindergarten Enrichment.
Summit Elementary Before and After school program offers childcare before school, from 6:30 – 9:00 a.m., and after school from 3:30 – 6:00 p.m. With sufficient enrollment, the program also operates from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on school holidays and non-contact days.
The Summit Elementary licensed program provides childcare and enrichment activities for the children and families of the community. Programs are fee-based and self-supporting. They are governed and regulated by the Cherry Creek School District and by the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division of Child Care.

Ages Accepted
Summit Elementary’s Before & After School Program is open to students in grades K – 5, or ages 5 – 12 years. We are unable to accept children before they are enrolled in kindergarten. All participants must be age 5 by October 1 of the current school year. We also do not accept children once they have entered 6th grade.
