  Kindergarten Enrichment KAMP
Sunrise Kindergarten Enrichment KAMP is an academic year long, fee based, self- supporting community service which is designed to provide a safe and enriching environment for Sunrise kindergarten children and their parents who desire a full day experience for the child. It also alleviates parental concern for mid-day transportation. Enrollment is a nine month, five day a week commitment. Sorry, no drop-ins.
In addition to reinforcing what students are learning in their regular Kindergarten class, we will also explore other areas of interest such as Space, Bugs, Oceans, Jungle, Pets and more!  Students participate in enrichment activities such a reading and writing.  Exercise is an important daily addition to our program. Students may attend the Before and After School Program in conjunction with the Kindergarten Enrichment Program.

Ages Accepted
All participants in Sunrise’s Kindergarten Enrichment Program must be age five by October 1st of the current school year.

How To Register
To participate, parents/guardians must complete an ECS Enrollment Form. A $100.00 deposit is due at the time of registration. This payment will reserve a space for your child in KE KAMP. Registration begins May 1.
The 2012-2013 tuition rate for Kindergarten Enrichment is $2,710.00 per school year payable in 9 equal payments of $290.00.  Payment must be made by check or money order. Cash is not accepted. District Policy requires that tuition be paid in full before a child may attend. KE KAMP tuition is due the last school day preceding the month of attendance.
 Holiday Closures
The Kindergarten Enrichment Program at Sunrise follows the kindergarten schedule. Sunrise follows the traditional school calendar.
Cancellation Due to Weather
Closure of the school district due to weather conditions will automatically cancel the Kindergarten Enrichment. On delayed start days due to weather, the Kindergarten Enrichment Program begins 60 minutes later, at 10:00 a.m.
