Assembly times are as follows:
Kindergarten and 1st Grade: 1:00-1:50
2nd and 3rd Grade: 9:35-10:35
4th and 5th Grade: 2:00-3:00
Parents and guardians are welcome to join their children for the assembly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to extend this invitation to younger siblings who do not attend Sunrise.
 

 

 

 
Art Contest!

 

Do you want to win a chance to have dessert… with Janet Stevens?
Well, here’s your chance! Here’s how you do it:
 
Submit your own, original (no tracing!) drawing of a character from a Janet Stevens book (or of a new animal character you invent!) to
Ms. Isaac… due Tuesday, January 17th.
Your picture may be done in pencil, pen, marker, paint…you name it!
Each entry must have your first and last name, as well as the name of your classroom teacher written on the back.
 
Two winners from each grade, kindergarten through 5th, will be chosen based on originality, creativity, and artistic quality.
Winners will join Janet Stevens for dessert in the library on the day of her visit!
