checklist is a tool created by Timberline’s Positive Behavior Team. It is to be used as a guideline to help
determine whether behavior is a result of normal conflict or bullying. Behaviors
alone do not determine whether there is bullying occurring. Behaviors can be
physical or verbal.

Victim is fearful of the bully – wants to avoid the bully

Bully may be apathetic about his/her role
ð
A threat is made indicating the bully will retaliate if the
victim tells anyone
