Long Range Facility Planning Committee
The Long Range Facility Planning Committee (LRFPC) evaluates and assesses district needs to determine current and future capital construction needs, taking into consideration:
- Building Age
- Building Condition
- Percent Utilization
- Prior Investment (3 prior bond cycles)
- Future Need (3 future bond cycles)
- Impact to Area Schools
- Transportation Needs
This review helps inform a project list which is then brought to the District Leadership Team and Board of Education in alignment with the District’s four-year bond cycles.
