For new students to the Cherry Creek School District
Create a family enrollment account via the link.
CREATE YOUR FAMILY ENROLLMENT ACCOUNT HERE
You will need a valid email address to create your account. If you already have a Family Enrollment Account, you should not create a new one. (NOTE: This is a different account than your my.cherrycreekschools.org account.) When registering for the 2023-2024 school year, please go to the dashboard to select the correct school year.
Once you are in your Family Enrollment Account, you will be able to enroll your child(ren). You will need to upload electronic copies of the following documents to complete the enrollment process for each student:
- Birth certificate
- Immunization record
- Proof of address (ie: gas or electric bill, etc.)
- Photo ID for parent
- Options Approval Letter
Note: If you are unable to scan your documents, there are free apps online that will enable your smart phone to serve as a scanner. Or you may simply take a picture of the documents with your smart phone. Be sure that your student’s name is on all the documents and that all information is clear so that it can be easily read.
You will receive an email from District Admissions once your child’s enrollment is completed. You will also receive additional information about the assigned school and any next steps. You may contact the District Admissions Department at 720-554-4550 if you require additional help.
For current Cherry Creek School District students transferring to Options
You do not need to upload electronic documents to Admissions. Please complete the Home School Letter of Intent form (one per family) and email it to Cherie Lederhos at email@example.com
District Admissions handles enrollment for all Cherry Creek Schools students in kindergarten through 12th grade through a new and easy- to-use online system. Please refer to the Approval Letter sent by your Coordinator for Instructions.
