Lunch Menu & Nutrition Dept. Information

  • Lunch Tray with food

Laredo joins the District Food & Nutrition Department in providing our students with nutritious and tasty meals that are essential to promoting their growth and development.

Please visit the CCSD District Food and Nutrition Page for more information: District Food and Nutrition

The District has a new payment program: Titan School Solutions.
The former system of PayPams is no longer active.  More information about the new program is available on the District webpage, through the link above.

All students will use a digital bar code that is scanned to access their meals.  The Bar Codes will be part of each Student's ID.  Students will be able to take a picture of their ID and save it on their phone, and the Bar Code can also be scanned from a phone.

Free Meals through School Year 2021 - 2022

The USDA will be covering the cost of school meals (Breakfast and Lunch) through May, 2022.  This means no families will be charged for school-provided standard meals, although bar codes will still be scanned for meal count purposes.

Students WILL be charged if they elect to purchase ala carte items, such as snacks, in addition to, or in place of the standard meal choices.

And, although meals will be free, we still encourage families to apply for Free and Reduced Meals if they are eligible, so that this benefit is in place when the USDA grant expires.  F&R applications typically take 10 days to process.

Here is information about what is included in a standard meal, along with the Free and reduced Lunch Program:
