Student Check-in will take place at Cherokee Trail on August 2nd and 3rd, 2023. Below you will find dates and times assigned by last name. Students will not be able to go through the check-in process until CCSD parent forms have been completed.
Have you moved? Address changes must be made with District Admissions or the Registrar’s Office prior to check-in. Proof of the new address is required. We are unable to make changes in PowerSchool using check in forms from the links below.
Busing information will be mailed the second week of August. If you have questions about buses, the transportation phone number is 720-886-7400.

These forms are required each year.
Start by completing all of the required Cherry Creek School District online forms at my.cherrycreekschools.org or by using the button below.
- Returning parents - If you completed online check-in last year, use the same username/email and password for 2023-2024. You can update or change your password from the login screen.

To register, have the following information available: Parent First and Last Name, Birthdate and Student ID for at least one of their children, and a Personal Email Address. Spelling for all personal information must be accurate. Student ID Numbers are available on original Admissions documents and district mailings.
- Students and families not yet admitted to Cherry Creek Schools will not have access to the system. Please complete the admissions process online before you begin.
Once signed in, click on the "PowerSchool SIS: Parents" tile to start the process. Please access these helpful guides for more detailed instructions on filling out Parent Forms.
