Website Accessibility (Americans with Disabilities Act and Colorado C.R.S. § 24-85-101 et seq.) 

Cherry Creek School District is committed to providing equitable access to our services to all Coloradans. Our ongoing accessibility effort works towards being in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). These guidelines not only help make technology accessible to users with sensory, cognitive and mobility disabilities, but ultimately to all users, regardless of ability.  

The Cherry Creek School District seeks input from members of the public with disabilities, including parents, students, employees, others associated with CCSD, and other persons knowledgeable about website accessibility of its online content and functionality. Complaints about the ADA accessibility of the CCSD website may be made, in accordance with CCSD Board Policy AC-R and Colorado C.R.S. § 24-85-101 to District Compliance Officer, Office of Legal Resources, 4700 S.
