    A website with links to virtual tools to use to help manage emotions.  Options include sound and music; visual relaxation; guided breathing, relaxation, and movement; coloring and creating; live web cameras; and suggestions for smartphone apps. Note that because this site was created by a school district in Minnesota, many of the suggestions in the ‘Resources’ section are not relevant for Colorado.
