Talk Change CCSD
Talk Change Cherry Creek School District (TCCCSD) is a student-led team with support from district-level mental health staff in the Wellness Office. We are a group of high school students from across the district who came together in the spring of 2019 to cultivate more open and positive conversations around mental health.
Our Mission Statement: Talk about what matters to change what matters most.
- Unify the CCSD community
- Reduce the stigma around mental health
TCCCSD is inviting students (8th – 12th grade) and staff to take and submit “selfie style” videos. We will compile videos into a larger video that will be released to CCSD students, staff, and families in September during Suicide Prevention Month. Video submissions are due to the Wellness Office by June 26th.
Video submissions should answer up to 3 of the following questions:
- Why does mental health matter to you? (if sharing a story, please don’t mention others by name)
- What would you say to someone who is struggling with mental health?
- What would you change about how mental health is dealt with?

Students will need this permission form signed by a parent or guardian and submitted in order for their video to be considered: Talk Change CCSD Video Project Consent Form
