• 2024-25 Student Check-In Process

    July 8 – Parent Forms become available in MyCherryCreek

    • These need to be completed ONLY by returning families
    • Any NEW family to CCSD will complete the parent forms during the registration process

    July 15 – Student check-in packet sent via ConnectED

    July 31 [12-5pm] – Drop-in check in

    • Students will not be required to attend in-person check-in this year.
    • You are able to complete the process by reviewing this packet of information.
    • If you still wish to attend an in-person check-in, please come to the Overland East Gym on July 31 between 12:00-5:00pm.
    • Students who are new to OHS and speak more than one language are STRONGLY encouraged to attend.

    August 2 [9:00am-1:00pm] – 9th Grade AP Intro Course

    • Encouraged for students enrolled in AP Human Geography

    August 8 [4:00pm] – Student schedules available in Powerschool

    August 12 – First day of fall sports

    August 12 & 13 – [8:20am-12:30pm] 9th grade phase-in days

    August 14 – A-Day for all students (Advisory Schedule)

    August 16 – Student pictures & IDs during school day

    October 23 – Makeup picture and IDs during the school day
