• Requests for Student Records under FERPA

     

    Requests for student records from attorneys and/or judicial agencies should be submitted to the Office of Legal Resources. Requests need to be accompanied with an executed Authorization to Disclose Education Records (see below).

    There may be a charge associated for large record requests to cover the cost of redacting confidential information of up to $33.50 per hour (excluding the first hour) for staff time.  You will be notified in advance of any anticipated fees.  Pursuant to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act ("FERPA") records will be provided within 45 days of receipt of the request.

     

    *Parental requests for student records can be submitted directly to the school of attendance.
