Cherry Creek School District Registration Information

New Families

1. Register with District Admissions - see District Admissions website
2. Contact Falcon Creek Registrar at 720-886-7813 (Katy Turner)
3. Complete Parent Forms on my.cherrycreekschools.org - You will need to create an account with your student's ID number.
4. Once Parent Forms are filled out, student schedules will be emailed home.

Parent Forms (Required!)

Complete Parent Forms online at https://my.cherrycreekschools.org/ .  You will use the email address and password you created previously. Parents new to CCSD will need to create an account. Click on the Parent Forms tile. It may require you to log in again. See below for directions.
