Hi!  My name is Kori Shaiman and I am lucky to serve as the School Social Worker at Cottonwood Creek.  This is my 11^th year at Cottonwood, and I love it here.  I have been working as a school social worker since I graduated from DU in 2004-I love working with the kids, teachers, and families.  I have 3 children, ages 14, 7, and 4, who either went to, are currently at, or will attend Cottonwood in the future.  In my free time I love spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, exploring the outdoors, reading, and traveling.  I am so grateful to be a part of the Cottonwood Creek community!

My name is Erin Raleigh and I am the Speech Language Pathologist at Cottonwood Creek.  This is my 4^th year working for the Cherry Creek School District.  I am originally from Northern California where I received a BA in Liberal Studies from Santa Clara University and an MS in Speech Pathology from San Francisco State University.  My husband and I have three teenage boys who attend Cherry Creek High School and Campus Middle School. Outside of school, you will find me on the tennis court or cheering on my kids in their own activities.  I love the outdoors, traveling and spending time with my family.  I'm grateful to be a part of the wonderful Cottonwood Creek community!

Hi my name is Megan McDermott and this is my eighth year in CCSD as a Mild/Moderate teacher. I received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences and a Masters in Special Education from Metropolitan State University. Before I was a Special Education teacher, I was a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in DCSD for 6 years. I recently had a baby girl in October who loves to play with anything and everything (except her toys). When I am not teaching, my husband and I enjoy skiing, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

My name is Taylor Wendt and I am the School Psychologist at Cottonwood Creek Elementary. This is my 1^st year in the Cherry Creek School District. I recently graduated from the University of Denver with an Ed.S degree in School Psychology. Before moving to Denver three years ago, I lived in Chicago where I earned my undergraduate degree at Loyola University Chicago. I am originally from Wisconsin and love to travel back to visit my family on school breaks. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family outside, skiing, hiking, camping, and discovering new hobbies--currently exploring the game of pickleball! I feel truly thankful to have the opportunity to serve the Cottonwood Creek community this year!
