My name is Kameron Riley and I am the 3rd-5th grade GT teacher at Cottonwood. This is my 4th year at Cottonwood and I am so proud to be a Cougar! Prior to joining the Cottonwood team, I worked as the district Elementary Gifted Coordinator and the district English as a Second Language Coordinator for the Buena Vista School District in the beautiful mountain town of Buena Vista, Colorado. I also taught in the Denver Public Schools. I am a passionate advocate for gifted children. When I am not teaching, you can find me spending time with my husband and children. We love to play board games, even though things can get a little competitive! I also enjoy reading, yoga, and beekeeping.

My name is Erin Triplett and I am the new K-2 Gifted Learning Teacher at Cottonwood.  I am very excited to be here this year in this new role.  I have lived in Colorado since high school, and I could never see myself anywhere else.  Prior to Cottonwood, I worked in a neighboring district as a 5th and then 1st grade teacher.  During this time, I got my Masters in Curriculum and Design and my gifted endorsement along with several reading instruction certifications.  I love what I do and am so excited to be at Cottonwood.  When I am not at school, I am adventuring with my husband of 23 years, our two kids, of which my baby is heading off across the country to go to college this year, and our two dogs.  We love to travel, camp, snowshoe, and hike.  Really, we love all things outdoors unless we are playing games.  I love games and will bring many to your kids this year.
