Ms. Lori Matsumoto, Director

I am a Colorado native, but my love of traveling took me to many parts of the world. My first job was teaching high school in Japan. Then I joined the corporate world of marketing and exporting. However, my love of children and teaching brought me back into education. I started volunteering when my two boys were students at Cottonwood and then decided to join the wonderful and committed staff here 13 years ago. As the Director of Kids Club, I am excited to support your child in the best possible way so that you can go to work knowing that your child is safe and active in a positive environment with staff who care about their wellbeing. I love traveling, cooking, learning, and spending time with family. I am extremely fortunate to be a part of Cottonwood and am looking forward to working closely with our community to meet their needs.
