What’s up with school supplies at IMS?  We are being mindful of students carrying supplies and not having a locker to store things in, therefore, we are asking that you send your student to school with basics of writing utensils and a notebook.  A comfortable and roomy backpack is going to be one of the most important supplies your student will need.  We are trying to eliminate the amount of money that is spent on supplies that may not be utilized in classes.  Your student will learn exactly what they need to be successful in class after they attend.  You can expect a smaller supply list as school starts. The district has committed to providing 1:1  devices for every student to use in class and at home if needed for work completion.   Therefore, there will be less supplies needed.  Thank you for your patience and understanding as we figure out how best to support our students in their classes and not burden your bank account with unnecessary supplies.
