Parent/Teacher conferences will be held virtually Wednesday, October 6th from 4:30-7:30 p.m. If your student is struggling, please use the links below to sign-up.
Directions for Scheduling a Conference
- Click on the link above that corresponds to the staff member's last name.
- Click on October 6th.
- Use the pull-down menu to select the staff member.
- Click on the time slot that you prefer.
- Scroll down, add your details and then click the green BOOK button.
- Once you receive the Thank You box, click the green OK button.
- The next screen will have your confirmation information. Please check the staff member's name, the date, and the time.
- You can reschedule or cancel the booking at this time if the information is incorrect.
- You will recieve an email with the above information as well as a link to the meeting.
- You will receive a reminder email, the day before your conference.
On the Day of Your Conference
Using either you cell phone, or other device that can access the internet:
- Open the above email
- At the time of your meeting just tap (phone or tablet) or click (computer) on the Join your appointment link to join the conference.
- Wait for the staff member to admit you to the meeting.
Please be respectful of others and limit your conversation to five minutes. We look forward to conferencing with you online.
