1. Acquire a Substitute Authorization
   • Have a current or expired Colorado Teacher License or a current out-of-state Teacher License?
     • Click here: 5-Year Substitute Authorization
   • Don’t have a Teacher License but have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher?
     • Click here: 3-Year Substitute Authorization
2. Complete a Substitute Application
