Thank you for your interest in Preschool Enrichment!  It is an optional, licensed, fee-based childcare program provided through CCSD Extended Child Services (ECS) to provide quality care for the other half of the Preschool day!

Tuition is divided into 10 monthly payments of $400 for a total cost of $4,000 for the school year plus the $100 non-refundable registration deposit.  Tuition is billed on the 1^st of each month beginning in August and due by the 5^th of each month.

8:00 am – 2:45 pm Monday -Thursday

Online Enrollment:

Enrollment for Preschool Enrichment is open and is offered on a first come, first serve basis with limited space available. You are not officially enrolled in Preschool Enrichment until you pay the $100 non-refundable deposit through SchoolCare Works and receive a confirmation email that your enrollment has been accepted.

Existing Preschool families and families with older children using the Before and After School Program, log into your SchoolCare Works account. Add your Preschool Child under the "Add New Student" option (Personal Tab).  Once completed, follow the Current Family ECS Online Instructions. 

New Family Enrollment Instructions:

2. Once you have created a parent account, there is a 24-hour activation period before you are able access the SchoolCare Works site by logging into https://my.cherrycreekschools.org and clicking on the following SchoolCare Works tile:      

3. Preschool Enrichment enrollment can be completed using the New Family Enrollment Instructions.  
   
   

4. There is a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve a space for your child in Preschool Enrichment. This will be paid by credit card at the end of the enrollment process. 
   
   

5. Please note, you are not officially enrolled with Preschool Enrichment until you receive a confirmation email that your enrollment has been accepted.
   
   

6. If the school you are enrolling with is listed as closed on the Registration tab in SchoolCare Works, capacity in the program has been reached.  Please email schoolcareworks@cherrycreekschools.org to be placed on the program’s waiting list.
   
   

7. Tuition payment information for the 2023-2024 school year will be sent via email after July 1^st.
