Online Parent Forms Info
Each July, CCSD parents will receive a notification about Online Forms access dates. Only students and families who are admitted into Cherry Creek Schools will have access. Students and families who have not yet been admitted must go through Admissions first.
1. Register as a user at http://my.cherrycreekschools.org (if you have registered already, you can use your existing account). To register as a parent, you need the following:
- Personal email address (CCSD employees who are also parents cannot use their CCSD email address)
- Your legal first and last name
- Child's birthdate
- Child's student ID (student ID numbers can be found in PowerSchool, on school report cards, and an original Admission documents)
2. If you forget your password, you can reset it at http://my.cherrycreekschools.org. If you have an existing account, your username will be sent to you with the July notification.
Cherry Creek Schools requires families to update their information each year. However, this is only 1 part of the check-in process. Each school has additional steps for each student to complete. Check with your school for more information.

What is PowerSchool?
PowerSchool is a web-based Student Information System (SIS) that provides up-to-date information to school administrators, teachers, parents, and students about student attendance and grade history, as well as notes and comments from teachers.
Parents and students can log into PowerSchool through my.cherrycreekschools.org.

Schoology is the Learning Management System (LMS) that the Cherry Creek School District has been using since 2012. It gives teachers a space to create a virtual classroom environment for their students.
