• Dear Cherry Creek Options Homeschool Community,

     

    Welcome back and Happy New Year!  I hope all of our families had a wonderful time during the Winter Break.  I would also like to thank everyone for the warm welcome I received. 

     

    As you know, I will be here to serve as the interim principal for 2nd semester.  I am a retired high school principal in the Cherry Creek School District with some prior knowledge and experience with the Options Program.  When Options first moved into its current facility, I had an office just down the hall, so I was able to get a glimpse of the wonderful school you have here.

     

    Throughout this semester, I hope to provide the assistance you need to best support you and your students to finish out the school year.  The Cherry Creek School District will also look to begin the process in selecting a permanent principal for Options.  Typically, in early spring, the school district starts to sit down with stakeholders to discuss “look-fors” and to plot out a procedure and timeline for selecting a principal.  We will do our best to keep you informed as this process unfolds.
