Transportation

  • Does my child qualify for transportation?

Transportation services depend on where you live in relation to your child’s school:

    • Elementary School: 1 mile radius or further

    • Middle School: 1-1/2 mile radius or further

    • High School: 2 mile radius or further

How do I opt-in for transportation for the 2024-25 school year?

Cherry Creek Schools provides transportation for students depending on how far away from their school they live.

You can sign up for transportation services through Parent Portal and we encourage families to download the My Ride K-12 app, which shares real-time location and updates. School of choice students are not eligible for transportation services.

How can I learn my child(ren)’s bus route and schedule?

We encourage families to download the My Ride K-12 app, which shares real-time location and updates. You can download the app and learn more at the My Ride K-12 website. Families will be able to see route information by the beginning of August.

Do I need a new My Ride K-12 card for the upcoming school year? What if I currently do not have a My Ride K-12 card?

If your student has their current My Ride K-12 card, they do not need to request a new card. If your student has lost their card and needs a replacement card, or if your family is new to the district, parents may request a new one at the My Ride K-12 website.
