CCSD Night School at Endeavor Academy

    • Open to all high school students in the Cherry Creek School District

    • Students can enroll in Night School for one of the following reasons:
      1. Credit Recovery
        • Student retakes a previously failed class for credit
        • If a student passes the Night School class, the student receives the equivalent of 1 semester credit (0.5).
        • Night School grade is factored into GPA.
        • This is the best option for students seeking to graduate on time, but find themselves behind as a result of poor academic performance.
      2. Credit Replacement
        • Student previously received a D+, D or D- in a class
        • Students seeking to earn a higher grade in class to improve their GPA.
        • Night School grade will replace D+, D or D- regardless if a student does better in the class or not.
        • This is the best option for students who are looking to improve their overall GPA.

    • Night School takes place on Monday and Wednesday nights from 4:45pm-6:45pm at Endeavor Academy.

    • Transportation to/from the home high schools is provided.

    • The Night School is $50 (or $25 for students that qualify for free/reduced lunch)
      • Students who pass night school will have their fee refunded to them.

    • Night School follows very strict attendance guidelines.
      • Missing more than 5 classes will result in being dropped from the class with no credit earned, and the fee will not be refunded.
      • This includes all absences, regardless if the absence is excused or unexcused.
      • Per Night School policy, 3 tardies are equivalent to 1 absence

    • If your student is interested in Night School, please contact your student’s counselor at their home high school.
      • The counselor must approve a specific class before a parent/student can register to ensure that the student is getting the exact credit needed.
