2024-2025 Facility Rental Request Schedule

2024-2025 Indoor Requests

This office will accept online requests for indoor facility usage on:

• August 1, 2024, for the 2024-2025 school year indoor facility usage from September 3, 2024, through May 22, 2024. Please note that schools may not be available for rentals during school breaks or holidays.
• March 15, 2025, for Summer 2025 indoor facility usage from May 24, 2023, through July 31, 2024

Due to the high volume of requests on these dates, please allow more processing time for your request(s).

Please do not intend to begin utilizing internal school facilities until the day after Labor Day.

2024-2025 Field Requests

This office will accept online requests on:

• August 1, 2024, for FALL 2024 usage from August 13 through December 22, 2024.
• January 15, 2025, for SPRING 2025 field usage from February 28 through May 26, 2025.
• March 15, 2025, for SUMMER 2025 field usage from May 27 through July 31, 2025.
