    Mission

    The mission of Special Olympics Colorado (SOCO) is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with developmental disabilities, eight years of age and older, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
     

    Training

    Colorado Special Olympics is a year-round sports organization offering 22 different sports during four sports seasons. Sports offered in Cherry Creek are in bold. All other sports are offered through other local programs.
