Internal Applicants

  • To submit a Transfer application you must be a current Cherry Creek Schools' employee. This is how you express interest in a new position.

  • Administrator

    What is an Administrator?

    • Principal
    • Assistant Principal
    • Central Administration

    How to Apply:

    Step 1: Go to myCherryCreek

    Step 2: Login using your Active Directory Username and Password

    Step 3: Choose "myEmployee" from the options along the bottom of the screen

    Step 4: Choose the tile named "WinOcular WorkSpace & Transfers"

    Step 5: Select "Manage Online Applications"

    Step 6: Choose "Transfer" and click "Start Application"

    Step 7: Update your information and documentation (i.e., contact information, work history, license, resume, transcripts, etc...)

    Step 8: Complete and submit the Transfer application (you will choose the position you are interested in within the application itself)

    Important Information:

    • Please note: You can only use the Transfer application if you are wanting to transfer to another administrator position.
    • If you are interested in transferring to a classified or certified position, please complete the classified or certified application and not the transfer form.
    • The Transfer application is also used to apply for an additional assignment (retaining the primary job and adding an additional position). Use the Transfer application for each position for which you would like to apply.

  • Certified

    What is a Certified employee?

    • Teachers, which includes Deans, Counselors, Assistant to the Principals, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists and Audiologists.
    • Mental Health which includes Psychologists and Social Workers.
    • Nurses

    Please note: Read Act Tutors and Read Act Support are classified hourly positions that require licensure.

    How to Apply:

    Step 2: Choose "WinOcular Workspace & Transfers" under the "myEmployee" tab (along the bottom)

    Step 3: Select "Manage Online Applications"

    Step 4: Choose "Transfer" and click "Start Application"

    Step 5: Update your information and documentation (i.e., contact information, work history, license, resume, transcripts, etc...)

    Step 6: Complete and submit the Transfer application (you will choose the position you are interested in within the application itself)

    • Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds and Carpentry
    • Educational Office Professional 
    • Hourly
    • Food and Nutrition Services
    • Para Educator and Technician
    • Staff Support
    • Vehicle Maintenance
