According to the State Act, Districts must require contract service providers to sign a Data Protection Addendum (DPA) to prohibit student data mining or targeting marketing while requiring industry standards for encryption and security. As new district-wide contracts are signed and old contracts are renewed, the DPA is put into place. Cherry Creek vendors with current DPAs.
On-Demand Service Providers are the agreements that happen before installing an app or extension in your browser or before installing a software program, commonly known as "click-through" agreements.
