Step 1: Go to your workspace log-in screen
Step 2: On that page, select the link for "forgot your login information"
Step 3: Follow the instructions to reset your password

When can I apply for jobs for the upcoming school year?
We generally begin posting positions for the new school year in March. Please continue to visit our job openings page for new postings.

I am having trouble uploading my documents
Formatting Issue
Be sure to convert your document(s) into Text, Rich Text, PDF or HTML format before trying to upload the document.
If the system does not allow you to proceed, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click on "References" in the list on the left side of your screen
Step 2: Once page is loaded, click "Continue" until you come back to the "File Uploads" section
Step 3: Once page is loaded, click "Continue" again and the system should allow you to proceed

I am having trouble viewing or managing my documents
Our system has the following restrictions:
- Deletion of documents once uploaded
- Viewing documents once successfully uploaded
Cover Letters and Resumes
- Please only upload a generic cover letter or resume. If you would like a tailored cover letter and/or resume for a specific job opening to be viewed by the hiring committee, please forward it directly to the individual building or school.

Required work history gap explanation
The Cherry Creek School District requires full accountability of work history for at least the last 3 years.
If you have a gap in your employment during this time, please take the following steps:
- Go to the “Work Experience” section on your online application
- In the box provided, please list your employment gaps with dates and reason
- Select "Continue" to move through the application

When do job postings close?
All job postings close at 4:00pm on the close date specified within the job posting.
To find the closing date of a job you already applied for, follow the below steps:
