Transcript Requests

  • Temporary Procedures

    Due to the COVID-19 situation affecting our school's closure, we have implemented the following temporary procedures for all transcript requests.

    • Please email any questions or requests to CTHRECORDS@cherrycreekschools.org.
    • Until schools reopen, the $5.00 official transcript fee has been waived.
    • Please email us a copy of your photo ID along with the completed transcript request form including a VALID COLLEGE ADMISSSIONS EMAIL ADDRESS, as we cannot mail them out physically at this point.
    • If you only need an unofficial transcript for your personal use, please email a copy of your photo ID stating that you’d like an unofficial transcript.
       

    Thank you for your patience and understanding at this time.  As always, our priority is to do all that we can to help our CTHS community and its graduates!
