Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student's written consent.
ALUMNI TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Smoky Hill High School has partnered with Parchment to order and send official and unofficial transcripts electronically and securely. There is a $7 fee for all electronic transcripts. Alumni transcripts are no longer available directly through Smoky Hill High School.CURRENT or WITHDRAWN STUDENT RECORDS REQUEST
If your student is transferring to a new school and has completed check-out at Smoky Hill, the new school may email a Records Request to the Records Office at shhrecords@cherrycreekschools.org
CURRENT SENIORS: Go to the Post Grad Office for transcripts!

Updating Emergency Contact Information

Log in to my.cherrycreekschools.org with your email address and password.
- If you do not remember your password, enter your email address, click "Go" and then click the "Forgot password?" link to reset your password.
- Click on the Guardian Update Tile (picture of the tile below), and then login again.
- Once you are in the Guardian Update Tile, scroll down to 'Additional Contacts' to add a 'New Contact' or update any information on existing contacts.
- New contacts are updated immediately in PowerSchool, and will apply to ALL of your students that are enrolled in the district.
- You can also edit or delete existing contacts in the tile.
The school is not able to complete this task for parents/guardians. -

Students New To CCSD
Step 1: All new students must be enrolled via the District Admissions office prior to a New Student Meeting at SHH or attending. Please click here for the Admissions webpage and enrollment details.
Step 2: Once enrolled with District Admissions, SHH will be notified and our DEAN's OFFICE will call parent/guardian to schedule a New Student Meeting.
For 10th-12th: Prior Student Records must be received from your previous school before the SHH New Student Meeting (requested by SHH upon District Enrollment).

Withdrawals
To withdraw your student, the student's parent or guardian must contact the SHH Records Office to initiate the withdrawal process. Email shhrecords@cherrycreekschools.org or call 720-886-5444 for further instructions. In order to complete a withdrawal, the Smoky Hill High School Records Office will need Adequate Documentation in order to transfer student records to the new school and finalize the withdrawal (Records Request and/or Confirmation of Enrollment).
